Phenomal smaller brother of the 3050Review by Griff
I've owned the 3050 in Walnut for about a year, and after having owned dozens of loudspeakers over the years, at every price point- I am never disappointed by the 3050. They serve double duty as main listening rig and movie speakers. Always musical, detailed, and just plain fun. They miss nothing.

Fast forward to a month ago when I decided to upgrade my computer listening system. Driven by an NAD D3020, these 3010 are everything the 3050 is, in a smaller size. On a desktop with a near rear-wall placement, they have all the "oomph" and bottom end I could ask for. The perfect near-field monitor for critical listening. I just don't know how they can make such a quality, beautiful, detailed, musical, and fun speaker for so little! One of the true miracles of the Audio world. (Posted on 5/17/2018)
The Little Speakers that Could - Clean, Clear and RythmicReview by apstoltz
I have been into home audio for over 20 years and have owned and auditioned many speakers from brick & mortar to online companies. My main purpose was to setup a small system in an office/den paired with a Teac Amp and a ML subwoofer. A few things that weighed into my decision, one was aesthetics and overall enclosure size and of course reviews come into play with almost any purchase these days. I pulled the trigger on the 3010's, unpacked them and first thing I noticed is that the fit finish is top notch. I hooked them up to my main 2 channel rig that I run Salk SongTowers with an Onkyo 9555 integreated amp. I sat the little guys on top of the Salks and started to listen to some tunes. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean and clear the midrange is, I turn the speakers up a little... take a few steps back and I am taken back on how big the soundstage is, these little guys play much bigger than their small stature. I listen more and realize the fine detail of the guitar plucks and slides coming through, which in most cases speakers that are in this price range do not depict this fine detail as one has to move up the ladder to a more expensive speaker to do so. As I listen more I decide to play rock, hip hop, country and everything that I played the 3010's handled in spades. At the end of the day these are very fun to listen to and are very rythmic with a clean and clear presentation that throw a huge soundstage. I have had these guys for two weeks and have not moved them down to the office as I have kept them in my 2 channel rig because they are that impressive of what they can do for their size. I am truly amazed and have been very pleased with the purchase. (Posted on 12/28/2017)
Fantastic little speaker for the moneyReview by howdawg1961
The wife decided that we were to add a full wall-to-wall bookcase to the front dining room, and that meant the 25-year-old Angstrom stand-mounts had to go. I needed the replacements to be quite small (under 10" high), but I wanted the best sound I could get for around the $200 mark. I hunted up and down the web and found the 3010s. All reviews and comparisons seemed really positive, so I pulled the trigger and got them a month ago. While these will not replace my Marantz-driven Monitor Audio MA-700 Gold MkII in my main listening area, for the money, they are FANTASTIC. All the bass I could hope for in such a small enclosure, but the "attack" (Steely Dan's Aja) is great. Separation (even in a bookcase!) is fine, and they are slightly warm, with no fatigue at all. We often have classical on during our meals, and they are perfect, even at low volumes. I bought the graphite and with the rounded corners, they look terrific. One caution: even in a bookcase, try them first without the bungs in the bass port. I installed them with the bungs and they were good, but they really opened up with the bungs out. When my 27-year-old Monitor Audios finally die, and they will, I'll surely look at 3020s or the Concepts as a worthy replacement. One final note, I did order through the US website and for reasons I won't get into, I had to call Q Acoustics customer service for help, and they were great. I ended up having to call three times and each time they were helpful and courteous. Full marks, especially in this day and age. Could there be a better speaker in the $200 range? I'm sure that is a possibility, but these are really great for what you pay and I'm really happy my search is over.

3010 Speakers Paired with Vintage Yamaha ReceiverReview by MylMel
Purchased these speakers at the end of 2016. All I can say is I'm blown away at the sound and build quality for a speaker this size. Paired them with a vintage Yamaha CR-820 receiver and they're spectacular. Most surprised by the punchy, but not muddy bass these put out. Really clear mids and highs, with way more power than I need for a home office that is 9ft x 13ft. Very highly recommended. (Posted on 4/27/2017)
3010 bookshelf speakersReview by MTO
WOW! I purchased these speakers as part of the home theater package, for my mum's place. I was breaking them in for her and all I can say is that the sound is amazing. The bass is amazing, for a cabinet this small and the imaging is pretty wide. For the introductory price of $800 (entire 5.1 system kit), it's phenomenal value. I truly recommend them.

Equipment: Krell S-350, Arcam AVR360 and Nordost Heimdall connects/White Lightning speaker cables

BTW, this is coming from someone that is using a pair of B&W CM9's with Bryston BP-16/4BSST2 combo for a 2-channel system. (Posted on 4/17/2017)
