• For free shipping options, the carrier used per shipment is selected systematically with an optimizer and is not manually chosen ahead of time.
• We use different shipping services like UPS and Fedex to meet the delivery deadline. 
• We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Q Acoustics is not liable for third-party trans-shipping companies' losses. If you are taking the products out of the country, the warranty and the delivery insurance will not be valid.
